After the free community screening of “Red Metal: The Copper Country Strike of 1913,” join us in the ballroom for “A Toast to Big Annie,” a fundraising reception featuring an exclusive talk by Author Steve Lehto, delicious appetizers from the Miscowaubik, live music, and a silent auction.
Limited tickets are available; $65 each.
Celebrate the progress of the Big Annie statue and help reach our goal!
The evening begins at 6:30 pm with the free screening of “Red Metal” in the Calumet Theatre (bar opens at 6). Immediately following the film in the Calumet Theatre Ballroom is the ticketed fundraiser event (7:30 – 10:30 pm), with presenter Steve Lehto (author of “Death’s Door”), pianist Paul Behn, and music by The Jones Brothers.
Enjoy appetizers from Miscoaubik Historic Dining and a cash bar.
Tickets are $65 and can be purchased at the Calumet Theatre Box Office.
Proceeds support the Big Annie Statue Fund, a special project of the Keweenaw Community Foundation.
